Films and screening systems for glass panels - ASA CIRCUIT

Adhesive System Application is a project that offers country-wide technical consultancy, design, assistance and installation of films and screening systems for internal and external glass surfaces.

The project provides a multiplicity of solutions to overcome the typical shortcomings of glass, allowing the user to personalize the characteristics without radically changing the original construction. The operation often becomes an opportunity to completely renovate the original look of large window surfaces, facilitating a renewed image in the environment by means of decorative design, thanks to the applications of decorative films, satin films and corporate graphic films.

More than 15 years of intense technical research and studies on films, sun blinds, awnings and the characteristics of glass have put at the disposal of A.S.A Circuit a near unlimited combination of solutions to suit all users: from the private citizen to big industry, from historical buildings to the most modern as well as new construction.

FILMS FOR WINDOWS

Uses and advantages of window films

WINDOW FILMS can be attached to any glass surface and may be used for many purposes; complying to the standards ex 626/94 81/2008 and EN 12600. These standards concern safety and protection, ANTISOLAR FILMS to reduce heat and glare and PROTECTIVE FILMS to prevent people and goods displayed in shop windows from the effects of UV light. DECORATIVE FILMS such as with a satin effect, with stripes, bands or different shapes are useful to personalize glass surfaces (for example with a business name or logo) or in order to create privacy. The ASA Service circuit is the leader throughout the country for the application of films and screening systems for glass windows.

PROTECTIVE FILMS

PROTECTIVE FILMS, UV TECNO PROTECTIVE films, are designed to selectively filter solar radiation, in particular UV rays; they may be used in all situations where ultraviolet radiation can cause damage to interiors and furnishings. They can also protect both the fabric and precious artefacts in museums, art galleries and historical buildings. SOLAR FILM and anti-solar, in general reflecting films, help to solve the problems connected with heat inside work and home environments, problems such as glare and energy conservation (i.e., reducing the cost of air conditioning because the environment stays cooler). Such films, anti-glare and sputtered, allow the creation of pleasing decorative effects, such as mirrored or smoked windows.

SAFETY FILMS

Using the SAFETY FILMS proposed by ASA, available in different colours and thickness, you will no longer need to change the panes or frames in order to bring them up to the required standard.
With a quick, safe and economical operation it is possible to bring panels of any thickness ‘up to code’.
The proposed safety films have passed all tests required by D.Lgs. 626/94 and successive amendments and integrations (81/2008 and European Standard EN 12600). They are also certificated to safety classes 1B1 and 2B2 by accredited European Institutions. We also install 3M films.

ANTI-HEAT PAINT

To resolve definitively problems of insulation, heat and glare in industrial buildings (e.g., workshops, warehouses, depots etc.) there is no more practical and less expensive solution than anti-solar paint, containing synthetic resin and having fast colours and being suitable for any kind of surfaces that need protecting, be they glass or plastic.
In fact these paints reject 60-70% of solar energy, reduce glare by 90% and absorb as much as 90% of UV light - particularly damaging in terms of discolouration to furniture and stored merchandise.
The anti-solar paints act as a light diffuser for sunlight, making any work environment comfortable while leaving the environmental luminosity almost unchanged. In this way it is possible to increase individual productivity and reduce the risk of accidents.

3M ANTISLIP MATS, NOMAD and SAFETY WALK

The ASA Circuit affiliates are 3M authorized distributors and offer the most complete range of 3M anti-slip mats. This range includes the popular NOMAD models, conceived to create the most effective and functional barrier against dirt and cater for the need of hygiene and cleanliness while providing comfort, elegance and practicality.
One of the biggest dangers is that of slipping on wet or oily surfaces. An excellent solution to prevent such accidents is to use anti-slipping stripes of Safety Walk 3M line, which bring the floor up to standard D.LGS. 81/08 ( ex D.Lgs 626/94).

ROLLER BLINDS, ANTI-SOLAR BLINDS AND VENETIANS

Safety Persian roller blinds in extruded aluminium alloy, anti-solar blinds with adjustable blades of pre-painted aluminium alloy, Venetian blinds, fabric awnings for exteriors and interiors: protection from the sun, nasty weather and indiscreet glances.
Overall, the blinds provide isolation to reduce energy costs and regulate the quantity of light entering the environment with the maximum practicality; they last a long time and are maintenance-free.
